Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion valid from 1st February 2012 to 31st May 2012.
2. All participants must be at least 18 years of age.
3. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
4. Claims will be verified against our computer records and will be based on sales data held by Wolseley UK, excluding VAT and settled on that basis. Drain Center¹s decision is final.
5. Promotion is valid on Drain Center purchases only.
6. No cash alternative.
7. Wolseley UK reserves the right to change the promotional time period.
8. Promotion only available to eligible Wolseley UK account holders.
9. Only one reward per account.
10. “Cashback” refers to the choice of either Drain Center vouchers which can be used to pay off your Wolseley account or Love2Shop vouchers.  Wolseley UK reserves the right to change the reward for a reward of the same value at any time without prior notice.
11. Returned goods or items to be credited will not be included in this promotion.
12. All participants are reminded that they retain responsibility for any tax liability arising from participation in this promotion.
13. Please allow 90 days after the promotion expires for settlement of claims.
14. Drain Center is a Wolseley UK Company.
15. 0.5% "cashback" is payable up to your first spend target. Minimum voucher value for payout is £5.00. 
16. 1% will be paid on all your spend between target 1 and 2. 
17. 2% will be paid on all your spend above target 2, capped at a maximum cashback payout of £5000.
18. 1% product offers are paid in addition to your spend-related cashback and added to give you a total reward at the end of the promotion.

20. The closing date for signing up to the promotion is April 30th 2012.
21. Your account must be up to date at the time of reward issue. Vouchers will be released on request by a branch or sales representaive once an account is brought up to date.

The information you provide will be held under the Data Protection Act 1998 and will not be shared with any third-party companies.
