How long does the LoyalT Club run for?
The first phase will run from Feb 1st – May 31st 2012.
If I am already registered for Rewards, do I have to register again?
No, if you were already registered for Rewards you will be automatically targeted & registered on the new LoyalT Club, UNLESS you are on a rebate. Any rebate customers, even if they register, will be unable to participate in the scheme.
When do I need to register by?
The closing date for new registrations for the Feb-May phase is April 30th 2012. You can register using the postal slip in your pack or online: www.draincenter.co.uk/rewards. Your local branch or sales representative can also assist you.
How are my targets calculated?
Your personal targets have been calculated using analysis of your previous trading history with Drain Center.
How can I find out how I’m doing against my target?
Your local branch manager can provide you with an update on how you are performing against your spend targets. We will also use your mobile number and email address provided to us on registration to send you updates when you are close to hitting a target. You can choose to opt out of these communications at any time.
What products are counted against my target?
All purchases with Drain Center are included in the campaign. However returned goods will be deducted. The extra 1% cashback offers will only apply to the specific product offers you have been sent and paid in addition to the spend rebate.
Does my total spend in Wolseley count against my target?
No, only purchases made in Drain Center. Wolseley account invoices include all transactions within Wolseley, but the promotion is analysed on Drain Center spend only.
Does my cashback vary depending on whether I choose Drain Center vouchers or Love2Shop vouchers?
No – you will now receive the same value regardless of what vouchers you choose to receive.
When do I receive my vouchers?
Registered customers that achieve a target will be informed within 90 days of the promotion finishing.
