Osma Soil & Vent Systems
Osma Soil and Vent Systems are manufactured in PVC-U and conform to BS EN 1329-1: 2000 and BS 4514. Systems are available in a variety of colours and in response to legislation, a new low noise Soil system, SiTech is now available.

OsmaSoil Ring-Seal System
- Offers a quick efficient solution, by means of a push fit joint
- Ideally suited for soil and ventilation systems
OsmaSoil Solvent Weld System
- Secure connection achieved via solvent cement application
- Alternative method of jointing to the OsmaSoil Ring Seal systems
- Ideally suited for soil and ventilation systems
SiTech Low Noise Soil System
- Push-fit sound reduction soil system for high density buildings and environments requiring
- Noise control (hospitals, schools etc)
- Exceeds DIN 4109 requirements (less than or equal to 30dB at 2 litres per second flow in a noise protected room)
- Helps achieve higher acoustic performance as requested by Building Regulations Part E 2003
- Tough and durable mineral filled 110mm high density polypropylene pipe and acoustic fittings
Compact Soil Space-saving Soil System
- Designed for tight duct installations - ideal for use in high rise and flat developments
- Safety stop feature on boss adaptors to ensure min 2.5° fall
- Degree angle indicator markings on boss adaptor allow for visual check of installation angle
