How can I open a trade account?
Can I buy products online?
Anyone can order online via the online trade counter. However, if you hold an active Wolseley trade account you will have access to additional features.
Why am I being asked to register to use the online trade counter?
Becoming a registered user opens-up additional facilities, such as:
- Local and national stock checks
- Save and retrieve orders
- Order tracking
- Access to online trading with other Wolseley brands
Also, the information you provide, automatically fills in parts of the order form, making the process even quicker.
How is my information secured when using the Drain Center website?
The Drain Center website uses the latest technology, including data encryption and SSL (Single Socket Layer), to ensure user information is secure. Do I have to be a tradesman to buy from Drain Center?
No, Drain Center welcomes customers from large contractor’s right through to self builders and DIY customers.
What do I do if I can’t find the products I’m looking for?
Our website contains an overview of some of the products we offer. However, Drain Center has access to many more products than you will find on this site or within our product guide. Just call your local branch and they will be happy to assist you in sourcing the right product for the job.
Can I order brochures without registering?
Yes, just select quick order at the bottom of the pop-up window.
Where can I get technical help with a product?

If I have a question regarding a product before I order, who can I contact?
Please call your local branch who will be happy to assist you with your enquiry click here to access the branch finder.
Can I get a staff discount online?
Staff discounts are not currently available on products bought through the Drain Center website.
Are online prices the same as in branch?
Owing to trade discounts and varied account terms, prices for the same item in branch and on the website may vary.
Can I still get a product if it’s showing as not in stock?
Yes, if you place an order online, over the phone or in branch we can source that specific product.
